United Way is committed to making mental health and wellbeing #UNIGNORABLE.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 people in Niagara. Our investments helped 43,511 individuals and families last year improve their mental wellbeing. We invite you to participate in a free virtual workshop aimed at improving our health and wellbeing.
Wednesday, Oct. 7th at 12pm
Thursday, Oct. 8th at 7pm
Friday, Oct. 9th at 9am

Each workshop features a 20 minute mindfulness session including breathing and mindfulness meditation exercises with a Q&A opportunity. Zoom Online Meeting link will be sent to registrants prior to the workshop.
