About the Presenter: Lorna DePetrillo

Lorna was born & raised on the East Coast in St. John’s, Newfoundland. She is a registered dietitian and has dedicated the last 20 years of her life connecting whole body health awareness principles for clients. Lorna completed her BSc in Nutrition at Acadia University & received her Dietetic Internship at The Ottawa Hospital. Her professional experience has evolved from hospital based to private practice & more recently intuitive eating along with whole body health as a yoga & pilates teacher. She is a mother to 4 beautiful children and works in the Niagara Community providing nutrition coaching with a primary focus in helping people build a healthy relationship with food and food sustainability.
