The Legacy of “It’s a Wonderful Life”
It's a Wonderful Life has been an event to remember for the last ten years in South Niagara. It's name comes from the famous movie of the same title. After ten years of amazing memories, the Clark family has decided to move on from this event, but not without leaving behind a legacy.
Over the years', It's a Wonderful Life has raised more $100,000 which the Clark family has generously donated back to the South Niagara community, impacting thousands of lives over a decade. This year, in lieu of purchasing a ticket or a sponsorship, they are asking you to make a contribution to United Way Niagara's annual campaign. Their goal is to raise $20,000 to support the life-changing programs that United Way funds in South Niagara.
The Clark family has asked you to join them in keeping these vital programs and services running for those who need them the most. See below how you can help.
A donation of $100 can give two families the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies needed to set up a new home.
A donation of $250 can provide crisis counseling to 19 people in need in our community.
A donation of $350 can provide 200 nutritious breakfasts for children who might otherwise go to school hungry.
A donation of $500 can provide shelter and food for a family fleeing an abusive situation.
A donation of $700 can provide 28 backpacks filled with back-to-school essentials for children living in poverty.
A leadership donation of $1,200 can train 3 people to save lives using Naloxone for opioid overdoses
