The first Priority takes precedence over the second one.1. Ensuring Basic Needs for All People who have access to safe, affordable shelter; a reliable, healthy food source; basic literacy and education; and purposeful, gainful employment, are well equipped to lead productive, happy and healthy lives. 2. Providing Secondary Support for Targeted Groups From time to time, populations in our community need additional help to address issues and overcome barriers preventing them from leading productive, happy and healthy lives.
